It’s been so long since I’ve played an RPG that really got my blood pumping during the boss fight. And who would have thought that an RPGMaker game that is made entirely with RPGMaker VXAce trial version ( cannot save project, and tons of pointless, preventing you to buy the real things limitations ) would be the one? The boss fight in this game probably reflects how difficult it was to make this game with those limitations.
While the random encounter is pretty boring, the characters make up for it. I love the conversation in this game and there are many points that I just literally laughed out loud. Though some jokes are a bit overused, the overall experience is fun, and make you want to see more of these casts.
And it does seems like you will get to see more of them. Archeia Nessiah and Rhyme, the two developers of this game, seem to be working on a new version that is pretty much a different game with the same casts by now.

Illustrator: Well this UI is a fucking pile of shit, would it have killed them to have some fucking sliders for the actual values?
It’s either using this turd or that shitty little floating “COLOR” palette, where the colour bars are so small that a single pixel makes the value jump by 4.
Here’s some advice for free Adobe… it’s called Illustrator ILLUSTRATOR, it should have a half decent UI for choosing colours. Oh and it needs to be native not some Flash movie playing in a frame like you did with Fireworks.
I think some forget we base our works mostly from Real Life so it’s normal to use references :(
